Changes to how we are working
We are prioritising appointments for our patients with urgent dental care requirements at this time, all routine appointments have been postponed.
If you have an urgent problem or need dental advice, please call us on 01904 891160.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
The health and safety of our patients, and of our team, are always our highest priority. As such we will be wearing extra PPE. Please don’t be alarmed, we are still the same friendly, caring team that you have come to know.
To ensure the practice is well ventilated, windows will be open throughout the practice during your visit. During the cold weather we ask patients to be mindful of this as it can leave the rooms feeling colder than usual; however we are asking patients to not remove jackets once inside the surgery.
After treating a patient, we are now required to leave the surgery empty for a period of time before cleaning the surgery. This means we are seeing fewer patients per day but this reduces the risk to both our patients and our team. It also means our appointments need to finish earlier in the day and appointments after 4pm for treatment may not always be possible.
We are aiming to reduce paper documentation to patients to a minimum, moving to digital where possible. We have introduced the patient portal for all of your pre-visit documents and all after care documents will be sent to you via email unless a patient is unable to receive E-mails and requests an alternative.
